The Tianzhen Taiji Institute of Cultural Research is a team of talented people dedicated to the inheritance, research, training and dissemination of Taiji culture, with Mr. Xing Qi-Lin as its head as Director. Directly supporting Mr. Xing are three assistants who aid in various matters of teaching, research and management, a secretariat who evaluates the implementation and promotion of the Institute's work,and a chief martial arts instructor who stringently controls the overall level of Taijiquan teaching and training. 

The Institute is divided into seven departments, namely: 

Theoretical Research;

Teaching Research;

Heritage & Development;

Tianzhen Monument Documentation;

Training Centre;

New Media Centre; and

General Management.

The Institute opens its doors to research institutes and institutions both at home and abroad to carry out collaborative research projects and cultural exchanges related to Taiji culture.
