Dr. Cui Ailing was born in Beijing in 1956 and she was awarded fifteen patents between 1986 to 1994 and published 44 papers in the US, Japan, UK, Germany, Hong Kong SAR and other publications. She also edited the 8-language Dictionary of Automotive Terms and worked for UNIKA, NICTTEC, SUNRISE, Toshiba, Hasegawa, Glory Technology, Inc. Ltd. in Japan, NICTTEC Corporation, Sunrise Corporation, Toshiba Corporation, Hasegawa Corporation, Glorious Technology Corporation, and Sumner Corporation in the United States.
Since 1998, she has been involved in Japanese corporate internal management systems during joint research at Toshiba, Amada, Mitsubishi Chemical, Hitachi Research, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Sanyo, and Toyota, and Japan's Nikkan Keizai Shimbun has been organizing tours to her UNIKA China factory for dozens of entrepreneurs and business executives every year.
In the past ten years, she has founded the Tianzhen Taiji Cultural Institute, built an organic farm, explored the essence of education, and guided the growth of children's lives. She has also been recognized for her use of Chinese culture, practical examples of modern management and psychology, and for her easy-to-understand, inside-out approach that blends the essence of Eastern and Western cultures on management training.
Since the founding of TZY the Mr. Xing Qilin and Dr. Cui Ailing have devoted themselves to the dissemination of the philosophy of unity of heaven and man to regain the truth of heaven. Together they founded the "Tianzhen Taiji Cultural Institute" to cultivate the next generation of torch bearers with both internal and external training, well trained in civil and martial arts. They established a holistic system for Taiji cultural education and training and offered training to people so they will have the chance to experience the way of Tianzhen culture.
